About Alif Sabrina Aziz
Alif Sabrina Aziz serves as the Director of Monitoring and Research at Action for Balance on Climate and Dignity - ABCD, bringing over 6 years of experience in the development sector, especially in the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights arena. She also has experience in project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, quality checking, etc. She has conducted online and offline interactive sessions on comprehensive menstrual education, hygiene management, gender transformative approach, and navigating puberty in various communities, including slums, schools, students, Dalit communities, etc.
Alif has published a desk review, 'Intersectionality of Climate Change and SRHR along with another young researcher. She wrote a booklet 'Adolescent Girls' Puberty and Period- A friendly guide for dads to help support their teenage daughters. This booklet is available both in Bangla and in English.
She dreams of empowering all girls and women of Bangladesh with a sense of agency and autonomy for their reproductive health and reducing all kinds of Sexual and Gender Based Violence.
